So sorry to have missed seeing you at MGH this last time. Just hearing your name makes me smile and recall so many good memories. Working with you at MGH was always entertaining. Such a good nurse who gave great hands on care for those in need & someone who could read and diffuse any difficult situation with humor and skill. Teaching by example to younger staff made all "see" the patients beyond their diagnosis ....and address how to deal with difficult people. Abigail Swartz kept it...
