It breaks my heart to hear this. I too reconnected with Ann via facebook. We shared many stories and conversations. I have known Ann since my days at Cone Mills. 1980-2000. Ann you were an amazing lady and always put a smile on my face. You my friend will be missed. Prayers for your family

Rest In Peace Ann. You will be missed by many friends. I worked with Ann at the hospital and knew her growing up in the mill village. My husband also worked with her at Cone Mills. She was a very sweet lady! Barbara & John Key

I am so sorry for this loss. Ann was a friend. Her dad worked with my mom at White Oak, Ann followed me at the Credit Union and Claudia and I worked in the same building. Pete is a great friend of my brother, Andy. The Culbreth´s were household names with us all growing up in the same community. I was able to reconnect with Ann on FaceBook and I enjoyed her comments. I know she is glad to be back together with her Billy. She missed him so much. I am praying for her family at this time.

David, I was really shocked when I saw your mom's obituary. She and I talked typed stayed in contact over FACEBOOK. However our friendship goes way further back to the Credit Union days. Then the CB radio boom and we picked at each other over that. Sorta lost contact for a few years after that until FACEBOOK. Your mom was a real sweetheart with a personality that could brighten any room that and her joking ability are reasons I loved your mom. All through the years if we saw or talked it...
