Not sure what to say?

Dear Kevin and Family,

I worked with Ann at MassDOT and the MTA and was also fortunate to call her friend. She was always so kind to everyone and was very helpful to me especially when we were part of the MTA. I will miss her big smile and warm heart. May your wonderful memories of her bring you comfort during this very difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear JJ and Family,
I am so terribly sorry for your tremendous loss. I did not have the pleasure of meeting your mother, but considering what a fine young man you are, I have no doubt that she was a wonderful woman and fantastic mother. You are a tribute to her. May your memories give you comfort in this difficult time.

Dear Kevin And Family,
I am blessed to say I worked with Ann. Even for a short period of time. I will greatly miss her smile and big personality. I am so sorry for your loss. God has another angel.

To Kevin and family,
We are very sorry for your loss and we send our prayers to you all.

love,
Maureen (Fahy) and Jack Burton

Dear Betty and family,
We are so very sorry for the loss of your sister. I had the great pleasure of knowing Ann when I worked at the MBTA in Boston. She was always smiling and laughing. What a truley special person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
