So sorry about Ann. Last time I saw her we had got together for a sleepover (we all were over 60). Had a great time and Ann will be missed. God Bless.

I will always remember Ann as a vibrant woman. She could always make you smile with a joke or a prank. And she was the best dancer I ever knew. She was a friend for more than 50 years. She will be missed.

My memories of Ann are fun and not knowing what was going to happen next.
Ann and Joe lived up the street from
us when they got married. We all had
such good times together. One time
we went to the Alabama Theather to
see the Miss Alabama pageant. On the way home we had three or four
flat tires!! People on the sidewalk were calling to us 'Hey your tires are
flat'!!! We all laughed until we hurt.

Ann and I were friends since we were 5 years old. We started school together and sat next to each other for the first 3 years of grammer school. Ann sucked her thumb until thrid grade and at rest period, when we had our heads down on the desk, she sucked her thumb and twiddled my ear.
Her Dad was in the Army in WW11 and I remember when we were in the second grade and he was home on leave one time, he and Ann's mother came to Rutledge School. What a beautiful sight. They looked like...
