A close friend sent this to my dad. It's hard to read sometimes, but I want to share it with you. I go back and remember all the times in elementary school that our moms were around and there for us. I know they are both looking down on us and our girls. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and the whole family.

We want to remember Ann for all the good times we had together - the fun we all had in our high school days at Ashtabula High, your participation in our wedding in 1955, the many miles of ski trails we traveled together in Presque Isle (Ann always had cold hands), and all the wonderful times around the fireplace up north. Ann was a very loving and positive person and put up a good courageous fight against her cancer. She has been called home and now is at peace. God bless...
