I was so saddened to hear the news of Ann's passing only a few weeks ago. she was such a lovely person & Mom & I often spoke about our wonderful trip to Boston & how nice it was to visit all of Mrs. White's (Mae's) family together. As you may now know Mom passed away on Sept 21st. It is a very difficult time trying to adjust to the big change in all of our lives, but we have to remember that they are now free from pain & suffering. Our deepest sympathy goes out to you at your time of loss. We are friends of Don & Carol, & have spent time at the lake. I have been cared for by Jean at Hartford Hospital several times. If Jean's mom was anything like Jean, she was a caring, compassionate person with a great sense of humor, and was very good at whatever she did. Special sympathy to you, Jean.
