Ann Frances Markley

Sorry to hear of Annie's passing, I met her thru the racing community & her late husband Gaines, back in the late 60's, early 70's. She used to cut my hair back then, and always did a wonderful job on this long haired kid. She was always at the races and other events, always happy, friendly, & smiling! Gaines was the best too. I remember him always bringing ice cream cones to those little dogs at the car shows. Gonna miss 'em.

I met ann in school[Kent Meridian] She was a bright eyed, perky. red head.Didnt see her for some years,then she showed up at the races.[Drag races] Gaines Markley a fellow driver and her were married.I saw her and Beth with Gaines often,both socially and at the races.She still was that perky red head as always.I will miss them both.
