Julie and Jim, So sorry for the loss of your Mother. She was an excellent teacher, she inspired me to be a better student. i will never forget she gave me an A on a poem I wrote and put it up on the board, such a proud moment for a young girl! I always imagined this beautiful, elegant woman sitting in a cafe in Paris!

I met Ann in 1969, when I also met her daughter Julia, and her son Jim. She was erudite, had a wry wit, and was stunningly beautiful. Her obituary was also beautiful.

She was also very kind to me, always welcoming me into her home [and trying to feed me], much to the embarrassment of Julia! Though it has been years since I have seen Ann, I will miss her and remember her with very fond memories. May she rest in peace.

I have many memories, she was like a 2nd mom to me and Rog. Beautiful obituary Jim. We all here are thinking of you and Julie.

I will always have so many fond memories of Mrs. McIntosh. She was like a second mother to me. I still get a laugh when I think of how she would remind me' in her class that both Julia and I needed haircuts, or to tell me that wearing blue jeans each day was not acceptable. She was a brilliant and fascinating woman and many, especially in Bedford Twp., Michigan, will mourn her passing.

I was deeply saddened by the news of Ann's
passing.
