I spoke with Ann many times over the years on matters concerning the Kickemuit. She was outstanding. Smart and passionate, tireless, a good friend to those in the right and a bulldog to those who threatened the river. I wish there were more people like her. My deepest condolences to Ann's family.

Ann's effervescence and determination saved the Kickemuit as a resource for enjoyment for all of us. She loved the clear beauty of the water and its wildlife. To the Morrill Family, I was fortunate enough to have been friends with her daughter, Jeannie, when they summered in Laurel Park. Everyone in Laurel Park knew and loved the Morrill Family.
