I can’t believe, Anne, that you are gone 16 years. How often you are remembered. You were taken too soon.
A staunch loyal friend and teacher. Rest in peace

I started working in Middle Country in Sept. 1972. Ann was dept. chair at NHS and I held that position at Selden JHS. Ann was very helpful in guiding me during my tenure in that position. Ann and her mom were our neighbors in Blue Point. The one word that stands out for Ann in my mind is professionalism. We could always count on Ann for her support and friendship. She was one of the finest teachers, truly an asset to Newfield High School. Will miss you Annie. You will be in my daily prayers forever.

Anne Moy was one of the finest teachers that I ever worked with. She was a colleague worthy of much respect and a human being who was good and kind and gentle. Anne gave her students a love of history and more importantly she treated each with dignity and respect. She was a key leader and member of the Newfield High School faculty. She understood what a community of learners was all about. She welcomed new members to the faculty and made people feel welcome. She was a mentor to new teachers....

Anne Moy and I taught together for over thirty years. In those thirty years she taught every one in the Newfield community the importance of dedication, responsibility and discipline. As a colleague and as a friend she showed us the importance of understanding and friendship. Anne will be missed.
