I was shocked and saddened to hear of Ann's death. Ann & I worked together in Chicago and became great friends. We kept in touch after I returned home to Seattle. The last several years we talked once or twice a month. She was a wonderful friend and I will miss her greatly.

I am very saddened to learn of Ann's untimely death. She lived next door to me in Chicago and was a charming and warmhearted presence – with a ready smile and a generous spirit. Always happy to extend a helping hand when it was needed. My heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

Though its been years, I will always remember Ann as a kind, classy person with a sweet smile....My condolences to the entire Neffinger family.

I remember Ann with fondness from our days at the Elms and recall she was surrounded by a family who loved her.

Dear Lisa & Jeff,
