Ann was my older sister. She often took care of me and my siblings, a job that fell to her when our dad married my mom. They had 7 kids in 6 years. She was between 11 & 17 during this period & was a huge help as one could only imagine! Later on, dogs became my favorite people too. She was such a great resource who knew everything on the subject of dog breeds & their behavior. I cherished her depth of knowledge & appreciated her advice & recommendations. I missed seeing Ann when I checked out at Walmart several early mornings. Last Friday it was very sad to hear that she had passed away. We always had a nice short conversation, and I considered her a friend. She was a very sweet person. May she rest in peace.
