Not sure what to say?

I will be forever grateful to her for her guidance and support while I was a student at the Cleveland Institute of Art in the early 1980's. She was a unique and exceptional Dean of Students: kind, approachable, encouraging, admiring, discerning, and sage. I send my deepest condolences to her family.

I loved her classes at the CIA. Very thought provoking. Lovely teacher.

Ann was AMAZING! So supportive of us as art students and beyond and completely unflappable no matter what crazy things we decided to do. I remember dinner parties at her house, English class, sherry hours in the annex houses, and her always attending student gallery openings, performances by Redness, and of course her voice and the cadence of her speech. My heart is breaking for all of her family. I send swirling sparkling iridescent energy to swathe and comfort you all in your grief at her...

I adored Ann Roulet. She was funny, warm. She and Norman were generous hosts in every way. As a student I was honored to greet guests and keep the drinks fresh at a few holiday parties. I treasure those tales and her keen sense of humour. She sent me a lovely note two years ago that I have with my keepsakes. What a woman! Bless her and her family. I am a better artist having known her.

Dean Roulet was a much valued part of my educational experience at CIA. Naturally "cool" and an inspirational educator, Ann cast a wide wide wake during her life as a teacher and mentor. Rest In Peace.

Dean Roulet was a fantastic human being. She went above & beyond to support the arts. She was inspiring as a professor. The most amazing thing was how she opened her house to the students & treated us as peers. She touched many & her spirit lives on through those she touched.

What a wonderful instructor and friend she was to me back in the early 1970s at CIA. He classes were always of interest and entertainment sometimes. I even went to her when I has problems with another instructor for advice and guidance, and for that reason I will always remember her cheerfully demeanor, unusual voice and total dedication to all who had the privilege to be her student and friend. Thank you Ann and god bless you.

Dean Roulet was exceptional in every way. She always looked out for the students and gave so much. I will fondly remember her big smile as we played music on our homemade instruments at her house during one of the many parties she put on. She was so happy and generous. I will miss her.

My condolences.

We all loved Dean Roulet. One of the kindest and most intelligent people I've ever had the pleasure to know.
