Although I never met Ann,I know she was a wonderful woman because she has a wonderful daughter that I worked with at the Springfield NDC. Patty, know that you went above and beyond taking care of your mom as you would, and she knows that. She will be in your heart forever. Patty & Steve, my deepest condolences to you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Heaven has another Angel. I met Ann at the bulk mail center in 1990. What a wonderful lady. Rest in peace my dear friend. Sorry for your loss.
