Not sure what to say?

Recently I became aware of Ann's passing, and my prayers are with all of her family. Ann, and Paulette Hazilla, as students, lived across the street from our family at Geneseo. Both were friends of my sister Ellen, as well as the rest of our family, and occasionally joined us for dinner or a boat ride around Conesus Lake. My memory of her was her infectious smile and zest for life. I have little doubt that she has left her family with a treasury of memories that will keep her alive in...

A beautiful lady who did much for this community, gone too soon.

Dear Vanatta Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. One of my favorite memories is when I first moved to Binghamton and I had the privilege of seeing your mother's gardens in the backyard of your home. I had no idea such a thing was possible in a private home. Ann was such a special and talented person that brought so much beauty and kindness to the world.

We are so sorry for your loss and are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

With deepest sympathy,
Karla Keuter Rizzuto and family

Nelson, I just heard the tragic news of Ann's passing. Unfortunately it was too late to attend Services. I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family. May God Bless and Comfort You and Your Family during this most difficult of times.
Most Sincerely,

Steve Nelson

To the Vanatta Family,
I am very sorry for your loss. Ann was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She is the description of the word lady.

Ann was a great ambassador and contributor to the arts. She did not only make Broome County a more beautiful place with her talents and enthusiasm; but had the ability to inspire others to make a difference as well. She will be missed!

Nelson, Laurie, Julie and Shelly - My sincere condolences in your loss. May all of your good memories help you in the days ahead.
