Not sure what to say?

Dear Roxanne and Bill,
We just found out this sad news and wanted to extend to you both our deepest sympathy. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Chris and Roger Lee

I knew Ann from the Endicott Library when I worked there for a couple of years in the mid-80s. I was just getting back into the library world after a hiatus of 15 years, and I so much appreciated how at home she made me feel and how much support I felt just knowing she was there. A wonderful woman.
Oddly enough, after not having thought of her in many years, she came to my mind the very day before she died. I looked in the phone book, thinking how much I'd enjoy contacting her. There...

Roxanne and family, I was so sorry to read of your mother's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you in this difficult time. With deepest sympathy,

Roxanne:
Sending a prayer on angel's wings to comfort you tonight. The loss of one's mother is a heavy burden. From your bingo buddy, Cathy.

Dear Roxanne and Bill,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We are very sorry for the loss of your mother.

On behalf of myself and the Village of Endicott we extend our sincere condolences to Ann's Family and many friends and neighbors. Knowing Ann for many years as a patron of the library and what a wonderful woman she was as she enjoyed her position working to help others and make the Library system so warm and a friendly place and as an employee who all loved. Our heartfelt thanks to her and to her Family.

Ed and Roxanne -- I'm sure you know how much your Mother meant to me. She took an inexperienced high school kid and taught me everything she could about the library, working with the public and anything she thought I needed to know. She helped me in so many ways and I will always have fond memories of her. She always put everyone else before herself and she truly loved to help people. My deepest sympathy to you and your families.

It is with great sorrow that we send this message to you and Bill on your loss of your mother. It is times like this that we regret the miles between us. We are sorry that we are not there to assist you at your time of need.

Dear Roxanne, Bill, Ed, Antonia, and Paul,

My deepest sympathy to each of you throughout this difficult time. Your mom was such a loving and giving person. I know that she will be missed by many people.

It was a blessing to see your mom each time that I visited the Vestal Nursing Center. She always had a wonderful smile for me and loved to get and give a hug. She loved her children and told me many stories about both Ed and Roxanne, with whom I had attended school. She was...
