Not sure what to say?

Ann was the wonderful person who helped me find my footing when I joined SUNY-Albany's political science department, and she put up with a lot from me and my colleagues. She really was an administrative assistant who ran the place, not just a secretary.
She kept a number of department chairs (and other secretaries) in line, "gently but firmly." She was not hesitant to "say her piece," and had a wonderful sense of humor.

So sorry to hear about Ann,s death. While I lived in Columbia Crest Ann lived across the hall so became close friends. I will remember all the times we spent together with fond memories.

I only knew Ann for a short time but we were good friends and she would do almost anything for anyone. I will miss her.

What a tragic loss. Ann was a wonderful story teller who had me in stitches many times. Always made me smile and laugh out loud!! My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult and sad time.
