We are sorry for the great loss experienced by your family. We had the pleasure of meeting Anny last summer in Toronto.

We were very happy to have had the time with Aunt Annie when she visited Toronto this past year. She touched the lives of many people and will be greatly missed.

As time passes and I read all these beautiful comments, I realize how loved my dear Grandmother was. It is so nice to see all the people who cared, that she touched the lives of. There was none kinder a woman than Grandma Buffy. She always did everything for anyone in need that she could. Even so much for those she didn't even know such as all of her church work. I know the people she showed her most admirable affections to were the children. I can still feel her big loving squeezes around me...

Very sad that you could not visit The Palm Beaches one more time.
My memories of you will always be strong.

Anny at lunch with Dorli & Alex, June 2004, Toronto

As time goes by, sadness receeds and pleasant memories take hold. Being at the Memorial Service with Anny's family and friends we experienced a great outflow of love, admiration and respect that was voiced by all who knew Anny. Her desire of learning and exceptional talent for the arts & crafts, and above all, the love of her family and willingness of helping others was admired and voiced by all present.
Our life has been enriched by her, we enjoyed our many trips to Holyoke and her visits...

Memories of times shared with my Aunt Annie flood me now. There were times that we laughed until we cried and times we simply held each other's hand in comfort. I will always remember her knowing glances, the sound of her heart-felt laugh and the warm light of her gentle eyes and heart. It is painful to lose her, but it's not difficult to understand why God wanted her home.

I miss you already, Aunt Annie but that part of my heart which you have always occupied will forever...

Although we never met Annie,we know the great joy she brought to Dorothy and her family. She will be truly missed.
