Cioci Annie was very special to us. When we were younger & visited with our parents, she & Uncle Frank were always nice to us. Indeed, you could never leave without having some of their great meals. Then when I got married & visited them (& then only her), we received the same hospitality. She extended the same hospitality to our children too. She knew I saved stamps and every Christmas card would be crammed with all she had saved for me since the last visit, or card. I have the many...

What I remember most from visits with Aunt Anna and Uncle Frank was Aunt Anna's wonderful cooking (such delightful sweets) and Uncle Frank's mischievious sense of humor. Aunt Anna was very fond of a granddaughter that visited her daily in later years and helped with the letter writing. Even though we were many states apart ... the visits were treasured and the memories cherished.

Anna was a dear and gracious sister-in-law. I looked forward to seeing her on our visits from Arkansas and getting mail from her telling me all the news on Frank and the kids. As we get old, we tend to lose touch, not on purpose but by our incapabilities. She will always be in my heart.
