So sad to learn of her passing. Anna May was one of my strongest supporters while I lived in Ignacio and was teaching. She went the extra mile to be certain that I was accepted as a member of the community.
I would always visit with she and Udall when I came to Colorado for the summers.
I have very fond memories of my years in her community.
