Not sure what to say?

I was on World Campus Afloat with Anna during the Spring Semester 1975 with Anna. We shared a couple of classes; Anna was incredibly smart, quick with her smile, and an exceptionally nice person. I am very sorry to hear this sad news. Douglas W. Johnson - WCA SP75

I just found out Anna passed away and am shocked. I have known her since her Wells Fargo days and saw her in San Francisco for brunch in 2012 time frame and she was fine (I moved to Washington state at that time and had dropped off Facebook so missed the news). She was a delightful person, full of life who loved her son. The world has lost a wonderful person and I am so sorry for Kevin and her parents and Carol.

Dear Annas family,
I'm shocked and saddened by your loss. Anna was loved by all who knew her. If any of you visit Ventura, call me and I can show you the special places here in her hometown.
With much love

I will never forget my first day in second grade at El Camino Elementary School in Ventura - Mrs. Walker asked you to be my "buddy" since we shared the same name. Although I never went by Anna, it was the start of a wonderful, lifelong friendship.

Your quick smile, laugh and fun-loving nature will be missed by all of us who knew you.

Deepest condolences to Kevin, Carol and Charlotte.

My heart is heavy as I write this note to Anna's family after reading of her passing in the Ventura Star. Anna was a student in my 4th grade class at Loma Vista School, Ventura, in 1964. I remember her as an outstanding student and a leader in her class. Some students stand out in my mind, even after 50 years, and Anna was one of them. She and her parents and siblings were a pleasure to know. I appreciated the support they gave me and the school PTA. I was pleased to read that Anna...

What a wonderful footprint you made on Earth. You will truly be remembered for your kindness, laughter, love of life, and vibrant personality. Blessings to your family as they go through these difficult times.

I have so many fond memories of Anna. She was a warm friendly force. I always admired her strength and sense of adventure. She will always have a place in my heart.

I remember Anna as a kind and generous girl with a ready smile and an infectious laugh. I pray that her enthusiasm for life and many wonderful memories will sustain you and comfort you in this time of sorrow and beyond. Anna will live on in our memories forever.
