Not sure what to say?

We are forever grateful to Anna & Tony for giving us the opportunity to open our business in Oxnard. They always stopped by to visit when they were in town. They offered optimism when we were struggling, and advice on dealing with Oxnard city issues. We've missed those visits during Anna's lengthy illness. We smile each time we see an Oxnard Music Store tag come through our shop! God Bless this wonderful lady. May she rest in peace with her beloved Tony. Our deepest sympathy to John,...

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. It doesn't seem that long ago that we were putting up her council signs. She was a good mother to you boys and a dedicated public servant. It was fun to able to spend time with her at the lake, where she was at her best.

John,
My condolences on the passing of your Mother. May you and your brother be Blessed with comfort.

Dear John and Paul,

I served with Anna on the City Council during her term in office. She was a very good, conscientious and dependable colleague, always willing to go the extra mile.

I have many fond memories of her and Tony since they were always a team.

May God bless you and help you during these difficult times in your life and Thank you very much for sharing her with us and with the community.

Anna Johs was a remarkable women who gave so much to the Oxnard community. She was responsible for bringing K-9's to the Oxnard Police Department back in 1980. Her legacy lives on as the k-9 unit here is still going strong.

On behalf of the OPD we extend our heartfelt condolences to Anna's family.
