Anna M. (Barczynski) Lessin, 76, passed away peacefully at home on April 9, 2025, with her family by her side. The daughter of the late John and Lottie (Baronski) Barczynski, Anna was born in Ludlow on November 13, 1948. She was a graduate of Ludlow High School and worked as a CNA and also as a housekeeper. She was the wife of the late Lawrence T. Lessin, who predeceased her in October of 2024. Together they spent a total of 37 years together and were married for 34 of those years. She had a love of sports cars, enjoyed crocheting, and going fishing with Larry. Anna is survived by her son, Joseph Machnacz and his wife, Karen, her daughter Lisa Machnacz and her step-daughter Rebecca Lessin, as well as her 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Anna was also predeceased by her sisters, Barbara Marshall and Jean Burrows. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00am at Mary, Mother of Hope Church, 840 Page Blvd., Springfield, followed by committal in Calvary Cemetery, Chicopee.
