Not sure what to say?

David, I’m not certain if you’ll remember me- I’m Jeffrey Carter, a former class mate of Anna’s from the Autistic Prog in Pittsburgh. Anyway- I’m so sorry to hear about Anna. I just got the news tonight via our former classmate, Danielle looked Anna up and informed me. Anyway- I wanna send my sincerest condolences to you. I apologize for the tardiness of them- I hope you and your family are well and staying safe!

Sincerely,
Jeffrey R. Carter

Yesterday in church, I learned of Anna's passing last Spring. I regret that I had not known and therefore missed the opportunity to attend her memorial service. Anna was such a kind young woman. I spoke with her at a couple women's retreats and occasionally provided her a ride home after a church event. We also had a nice conversation last year about her job at Meijers when I ran into her while shopping there. I wish family and friends many warm memories of Anna. I recall her kind and...

I never knew Anna's name, but we shared many smiles and waves over the years. Our paths crossed often on S. Maple, where I would see her walking as I drove by. She always had a smile on her face as she walked, and when our eyes would meet, I would smile back. Then one day I started waving hello to her. Hers was such a familiar, friendly face! We exchanged those silent, anonymous greetings for years. I always thought in the back of my mind how I would like for my son to meet that happy,...

It was a pleasure knowing Anna for so many years, going back to when I worked with the RE group. She always greeted me by name and brought light to our meeting. You have my deepest sympathy. John Hagen

It was such a pleasure to know Anna; what a lovely person. My greatest sympathies go to your family.

Anna was one of the most caring people I've ever met! She made my day complete on the days that I saw her waiting bus numbe #15 on our collective ways to work! I'll miss you Anna!

David I am so very sorry for your loss. Anna was a luminous soul. She was the one person I could completely count on for a bright smile and a genuine greeting both at UUAA and at Meijer.I will miss her.

David and family: I will miss seeing Anna's smiling face and her waving hello at UUAA. Such a simple act of greeting and yet so meaningful.

Anna and my son Jeff were in several programs together when they were children. I always looked forward to seeing her. She was gentle and kind and had a smile of radiant sweetness. I'm very sad that she is gone and send deep condolences to her family.
