Anna Lupo

Lupo, Anna, 82, of Newman Ave., died September 8, 2009 at RI Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lupo. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Olive (Bicho) Souza. She is survived by her children; Susanne Santos, Thomas Lupo both of East Providence and Richard Lupo of Swansea, MA, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. She was the sister of Ruth Medeiros, Alice DiPalma and Geraldine Bettencourt all of Rumford. She was the sister of the late Madeline Ruggeiro, Albert, James, Alfred, William, Joseph and Robert Souza. The funeral will be held on Friday at 8am from the Rebello Funeral Home, 901 Broadway, East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9am in St. Margaret's Church, Pawtucket Ave., Rumford. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5-8pm.
