Not sure what to say?

Mark,
I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. We were out of the country when this happened so just finding out about it.I have such wonderful memories of "Anna Lee" as my parents would call her. She was a genuinely kind woman who would do anything for anyone in need. I remember when my father died, she was the first one to check on my mother and offer to bring food. I'm sure she's at peace and with the love of her life,Mr. Hubert. Terry Hurst Holmes

My thoughts and prayers are with the Shurtz Family. It was a pleasure knowing Mrs. Shurtz thru Mark and Sally.

She is at peace now.

Deepest sympathies and condolences. Requiescat in pace. Sincerely, C.W.Nevel

To the Shurtz family my deepest condolences. I only met your mother (and father) once at the 50 year reunion of the 1946 LSU football team. My father, James Dilton "Moe" Richmond, played end and at the reunion he introduced me to your parents. There was genuine love among all of those men and women who knew each other those many years ago. My dad always talked about Shurtz. My prayers are with your family. James D. "Moe Richmond, Jr.

Our the Deepest Sympathy goes out to the family Anna Lee Shurtz. From Georgia A.J. Caillouet and Family.

Please accept our deepest sympathies. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Steve and Fran,
Praying for you and your family during this time.

Love and hugs to you both, Charlotte and Pierre

Remembering a kind, gentle, and strong woman. Anna Lee was a great mentor and friend to me among many others during her years here in Destrehan. It was so amazing to start our married life in the Shurtz home and later become so close to her. Our sympathy to all of her family. Prayers and love, Arleen

Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers. She was a very generous woman and always enjoyed seeing her.
