Sincere sympathy all the way from Ireland from the Powell family in Cork. It was with great sadness that we learnt this evening of dear Ann's passing. We have many lovely memories of her and George's visits to our family home in Bandon. She was an amazing woman with an enviable memory and a keen interest in people. To all the Stacks and extended family I send my deepest condolences for your loss. She was one of the dearest women I've ever had the pleasure to know. A favorite memory is me being distraught and crying because my father took my new brother Jimmy from my mother when we brought him home from the hospital I ran up the stairs and right into Mrs. Stack's arms. She hugged me tight and assured me it was OK for "daddies to hold the babies"......just one of so many treasured memories of a lovely...

Joanie and Family : You took great care of your mom during her times of need and during the good times. Your love and respect for her was the reflection of her love for you. I know that you miss her terribly, but you can find solice in her love that remains around you and within you. Especially, found in those special memories that each one of you have.
