Can't believe it's almost 4 years Anna Stanley has been gone from our lives. Her memory will never be forgotten. She meant so much to so many people and will remain in our hearts forever. I know God is blessing her sweet soul, and I do miss her so much.

I am so sorry for your loss. My sister Tryna and I loved going to her lovely home and, as kids do, marveling at her "lovely living room." She was always so kind and generous and super tough. We appreciated her and will miss her.

Anna was not only the matriarch of her family, she was the force behind the local Cape Verdean community--she was there for all our funerals, our weddings, our celebrations, our holidays providing food, entertainment, always with such compassion, generosity, kindness and love, and always with that beautiful smile. And all were welcome in her home anytime day or night with the same openness and love. I have so many wonderful memories and I praise God for each and every one of them. God bless...
