I will miss Annabel so much! We met over knitting, but her down to earth advice and her wonderful sense of humor made us friends. We will miss our own grand doyenne at knitting. Much love and many prayers to you, her family, and a big hug to Miss Rebecca.

Annabel, I will miss you so. You were my first friend in Virginia. We shared the "joys" of teaching Middle School, a "dyed in the wool" love for the fiber arts, and political discussions where I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. My heart goes out to Jack, Krister, and Scott, but most of all to Miss Rebecca - the child of Annabel's heart.

My first cousin Annabel and I got to be great friends over the years, although we lived too far apart to see each other often. While growing up, we often ended up visiting other cousins or our grandmother at the same time.
We were almost the same age and had many similar ideas. As we grew older, she and I enjoyed discussing these by phone or e-mail quite frequently. I know I will miss her!

I met Annabel about a year ago on my first day with the Loosly Knit group at Grissom Library. From that first day I knew that Annabel was a person I wanted to be my friend. She was an accomplished knitter, spinner, quilter, a voracious reader, intelligent and quick witted. She could cleverly turn nearly any situation into a funny story, which kept us all laughing.

I wish I had known Annabel much longer than the short year we spent in the knitting group. I will miss her terribly.

Doug and I are deeply saddened by your Mother's death, but know she will always be with you in your heart. We send our condolences to you and your family and please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I've only known Annabel for about two years through the knitting group at the Grissom library. I really enjoyed talking to Annabel, her sense of humour and fierce family loyalty made a deep and lasting impression on me. Each week we had a chance to see what Annabel was working on, her knitting was beautiful.
I am a better person for having known Annabel.

Rest in Peace, sweet Annabel. Thank you for saving my Dad's life, for giving him 11 years of complete bliss, and for being my loving, honest, trusted friend. Oh how we miss you.
