Not sure what to say?

To the good sisters of Mount Carmel,

Please accept my condolences upon the loss of your dear sister, Annamae. Her example and spirit of compassion, joy and good humor gave light to my path in times of struggle. Thank you for caring for her in her life and into her death. May you and she know the peace of God which passes all understanding.

I'm saddened by this news, but also lifted up by the life, example and spirit of Annamae. She was a woman who lived a rich and deep life, in my observation, and we were lucky to have shared it with her.

Peace to the community,

Dear Sisters.... A friend , Maryann Scholz, called me yesterday after reading a beautiful article in The Plain Dealer. This is the first she and I knew of our friend Annamae's death. We have great memories having known Annamae since our high school years. Over the years we have laughed and cried together. She was so GOOD.

I will miss my visits with her and her Carmelite sisters. Annamae is now our very special angel.

Love to you all.
Georgeanne

I am very sorry for the great loss of Sr. Annamae Dannes. In 1963, I was very privileged to have Sr. Annamae as my first grade teacher at Royalview Elementary School, Willoughby-Eastlake School System. To this day, I still have wonderful memories of the love she showered upon us. She made every student feel very special and in return she was very special to us. Please accept my condolences and may Sr. Annamae rest in peace.

Dear Sisters of Carmel,
Annamae was a special person and a true and loyal friend and sister. She was my sister too amd I mourn her passing and grieve with your community.

My prayers are with all of you as you grieve the loss of a dear friend and Sister. I did not have the oportunity to know her as I am new to the group.....but she is my spiritual sister as well, as we are linked through community together. God Blss.....Donna Doughrty

Dear Sisters,
When I called today to see if Annamae was free for a visit, hearing she died last Monday was like a brick hitting me in the chest. We were personal friends for at least 25 years, and so I join my grieving heart to yours. I am so glad, though, that Annamae had a peaceful death.
Blessings and love,

Dear Sisters,
I was at Mass on Sat. 5/15 at St. Philomenas in East Cleve. I was very sorry to hear about Sister Annamae. I wish I would have known early in the week. Sandy and I are praying for you at this very difficult time. She was always so sweet and cheerful and always smiling when I saw her. God Bless Her.
Our Deepest Sympathy to all of you Alan and Sandy Gehlfuss

Eternal rest grant unto you oh Lord and let light perpetual shine upon you, Sr. Annamae, may you rest in peace. I will miss our visits with you at the Carmel. My sympathy to all the Carmelite Sisters
