Anne Cullen

I started working with Anne when I was 19 in 1990 at USFWS. I think from my first week there, Anne and I went to every break and lunch together without fail. She and I instantly became good friends and have remained so over the years, even if it was just a bi-weekly chat to catch up with each other.
