Anne and I grew up living next door to each other in Lakewood. We enjoyed many outdoor activities from playing house in the shed behind her house to putting on made-up plays in my backyard. I remember chasing the ice man's truck down the street so we could grab some ice to cool off or sitting in her mom's
kitchen waiting for some real Scotch short-bread to come out of the oven.
