Not sure what to say?

May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. 10 years after her passing! R.I.P.

Dear Tom and Adam and all the Day clan, I am so sorry to read of Anne's passing. She always made me feel important and useful and loved. I treasure the times I spent at your house, in the pool, playing cards, and my first job, cooking with Anne at several encampments. Camp Reach for the Sky was a pivotal point in my teens, and I just learned that Anne was responsible for this, too! God bless you all with comfort and peace. Know that Anne's love and example live on in me, and how I...

Dear Day family, I never met your Mother, but I wanted to express my sympathies on her passing. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

President Day and dear Kevin--and all other members of the family whom I have not met--Know that I am saddened by the passing of a remarkable woman.

Thank you all, Day family, for making us feel like part of the SDSU and Day families for over six years.

A special friend,a great Girl Scout Leader who I shared many camp outs with. I will always smile when I remember the snake bite kit. Bless you. Love, Rita

Always remembering Anne at the annual Spring and Fall Luncheons of San Diego State Women's Association from 1978 to 2010. A dear friend and a very gentle lady, missed by all the members. Our deepest sympathy goes to President Thomas Day and the rest of Day's family of which she really was a matriarch.

A gracious lady and welcoming hostess to a dynamic SDSU community. Your service was greatly appreciated.

A wonderful mother, friend, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. A real Blessing to all those who knew her and an excellent First Lady of SDSU. What a wonderful life!
