Not sure what to say?

We miss you dearly Anne and always remember you at the International Women's Forum of Connecticut. You have been such a great friend and contributor to the mission of the organization.

Anne was such a a vibrant and loved person in the Greater Hartford region for many, many years. Always one of the most sincere, friendly and thoughtful members of our community. One of a kind, and very much missed.

Anne was the most kind, generous and thoughtful friend. We became friends many years ago and she always knew how to put a smile on my face. I enjoyed listening to all of her antiquing adventures and loved when she would show me her newest treasures. She will be missed dearly.

With much love,
Beata Just and Family

As one of the countless people who have loved and adored Anne, I am proud to have called her a true friend and sister. What a blessing it has been to have known her for 46 years. Anne: your loss is still so painful. I can still hear you saying "we've known each other through thick and thin" and the infectious laugh that followed. To have lost you in the family is beyond devastation. It is still so hard to think that you are gone.
We were all looking forward to reunite in DC this...

I was truly surprised and deeply saddened to hear about Anne's passing. She truly was a remarkable woman in business, and a true friend and wonderful supporter of Hartford, the Hartford Business Journal, and those lucky enough to have known her and could call her a friend. Her energy, her passion for the region, and her kind and sunny way will be sorely missed. Wishing her family comfort.

Anne and I were fellow midwesterners who both moved to New England from Milwaukee. We had a cherished ritual of fall weekends together every year for 20 years, visiting different venues each time and always loving our time together. She made friends wherever we went, including antique shop owners in every state! Anne was an expert in...

Affable, amazing, authentic Anne. Eloquent, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Elvgren. Grateful and peaceful thoughts for and of an extraordinary woman.

Anne will be missed by many - but especially by the numerous young professionals that she took the time to mentor. She also was one of the key drivers in building the Blum brand in Connecticut! RIP Anne

I am one of many who are fortunate enough to call Anne a friend. Anne's warmth, grace, wittiness, and keen insights made everyone around her better. I will forever miss her phone calls, emails and words of wisdom.
