HARKINSANNE (nee Shepler), of Waverly Heights, Gladwyne, PA. died on Feb. 25th, 2013 at age 98. Wife of the late Dr. Herbert P. Harkins and devoted mother of Herbert P. Harkins Jr., Nancy H. Taylor and the late Sally H. Webber. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren....
