Not sure what to say?

My heartfelt prayers go to Wilson and to Anne at this sad time. Anne was one of the sweetest and kindest people I´ve met. She and Wilson were a match made in heaven. My heart breaks for Wilson now and I know Anne is out of pain and safe in the loving arms of our Lord.

I will never forget the many pleasant Mondays spent playing bridge with Anne at the duplicate group at the senior center. She had a good, wry, sense of humor. And you could talk with her about just about any televised sporting events. We also enjoyed her home made baked beans with a hint of jalapeno, which she brought several times to our lunches. And the holiday nuts & bolts of course. She is missed.

Anne will forever be in my brain with that beautiful poem! And. I will remember her for that big smile and her friendship with my Ann. Anne was a great hostess and fun to be around. The many times we all hung around the pool are a bright spot in my life. We will all miss her but rejoice in perfect knowledge that Jesus greeted her at the gate for a personal tour.

Anne you will sorely missed! Your witticisms, spunk, and attitude. In your honor, the Pokeno group will spell ACE anytime an ace is pulled from the deck of cards. Enjoyed our time in Vegas and hanging out by your pool. I know you´ll keep the angels and St. Peter on their toes. With all my live, Rose

I am Iva Hauck Girtman from Bushnell, Florida. I am a "little" sister of Wilson Hauck. He will always be Buddy to me. That is what we called him growing up. I am going to miss our Annie Shakespeare! She was funny and so full of life. God-fearing, loving, sweet sister-in-law. I have NEVER known a couple (married or otherwise) who were so devoted to each other. They were truly the love of each other's life!!! Such a loving, precious couple! I was communicating with Buddy often during...

Wilson, I know you are feeling lost without Anne. I will see you today at IPC where we can all share memories of Anne. Sending you my love and condolences.

I loved sweet, funny, friendly Anne! Pancho’s cheese dip, handmade sweaters, bridge games, church, bridge Christmas party photography, Annie Shakespeare poems, quick jokes and quips, funky car, big smile! Anne, you will always be remembered! Rest in peace! Terry

Most all my memories of Anne are of her smiling a big smile, laughing, or delivering a dry witticism. My grandmother Faye had many nieces and nephews, but I think Anne may have been her favorite, or at least her favorite in later years. I think that´s because of how much they both enjoyed a good afternoon with family that would sometimes stretch deep into the night. As a girl, I admired Anne´s independence and strength, two qualities I associate with all the female descendants of the Sumner...

Wilson, we can only imagine the enormous hole that Anne's death leaves in your heart and in your life. We'll be keeping you & Anne in our thoughts and in our hearts.
