Miss Carroll was an inspiration and a outright gift to all of her students. She was smart, kind, and so beautiful. Yes, all of the boys were in love with her. My sincere sympathies and prayers to all the Klinges.

How happy we were to have Miss Carroll and her husband Bob Klinges at our 2008 Annunciation BVM School 46th reunion party. Most of us had not seen Miss Carroll since we left her third-grade classroom in 1957. I first met Anne when she was in a leadership role with the Women's Auxiliary of St. Francis Country House. Anne served as President of the organization the year that I became a member.
