I was so sad to learn of Anne's passing. I had the privilege of having her as my patient for so many years. Over the years we became friends. She fought a courageous battle against a very aggressive disease with a very positive outlook. Anne was truly one of a kind: Nice, Sweet, Sincere, and just an all around wonderful person. I met Anne the first day of her employment at NJDOT and we were good buds as co-workers right from the start. As a child I spent many overnight stays with Anne Elaine, Aunt Rosie and Uncle Tony. I will never forget how we shared so many giggles, laughter and fun. There is actually footage of me and Anne Elaine "dancing ballet" with the ballerina costume that Aunt Rosie loving stitched together for us.
