I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Anne-Marie was a good friend. She was one of the few here at WHOI with expert knowledge of the non-Windows software I was using to write papers and proposals, and she always took extra time to help me; on more than one occasion taking things home to work on them outside the 9-5 workday. She took care of me, at a time that was extremely difficult and I won't forget it. Warm thoughts to all of you, - Alison

Anne-Marie was always so kind to me, and the people around her. I still have the afghan, zigzags of dark teal and white, that she knit for my first child fifteen years ago. I will keep her, and her family, in my thoughts and prayers. My condolences.

My condolences as well. I remember Anne-Marie well from when I worked at the oceanographic. She was a very kind person and always eager to talk.
