Anne Michalak passed away on December 28th, 2019 at the age of 72.

Daughter of the departed Alec and Kate MacLean. Beloved wife of the late Tim Michalak. Dear mother of Alison Palmer (Daniel). Loving Granny to Kate and Clara. Anne worked as an IRS agent for 31 years. She was active at St. Anselm’s parish. She was a fierce friend that touched many lives in many ways. She loved live music, fine food and drink, astrology, cats, debating, shopping, travel and her Scottish heritage. She was one of a kind and will be profoundly missed.

Not sure what to say?

To Anne's friends and family: I was very sorry to hear of her passing. I'll remember her enthusiasm and joy with all her friends. Although we only came in touch after we graduated from High school she was definitely part of my memories of growing up! See that smile That was just part of her! Celebrate life and legacy and keep her with you Thinking of you, Anne. - Sally Foster

My deepest sympathy to Annes family. She was a friend and co-worker who loved her family, cats and astrology. Everyone who knew her admired her outgoing personality. She will be missed by me and all who were fortunate enough to meet this lovely lady.

Alison, our warmest condolences to you and your family. We are thinking of you and Dan during this time.

Farewell Too Soon Bouquet

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
RIP. Anne Marie.

Anne will be missed. Her positive attitude, her kindness, her wit, and her intelligence made her one-of-a-kind.

May the memories you have in your heart bring you peace at this time. Love you all

On behalf of the Capuchin brothers, I offer my deepest sympathies on the passing of Ann Marie. It is truly humbling to receive memorial donations in honor of Ann Marie's life. Please be assured of the brother's prayers for the entire Michalak family during this great time of grief. May perpetual light shine upon Ann Marie!

So sorry to hear Anne lost her battle with the big "C". My deepest sympathy to her family. I have many fond memories of Anne from our time together at the old Dearborn IRS office. She introduced me to astrology and helped me do my natal chart. We had many laughs together at our jazzercise classes. And we enjoyed an occasional glass of wine. She would call sometimes as she was driving from Michigan to Florida. She will be missed by all who knew her. Rest in Peace Anne.
