Aunt Anne was always the one to go to whenever you wanted to know something about the family history. When I was a child, I admired her spunkiness, energy and sense of style. I always hoped I could be like her "when I grew up". I remember the cantalope and ice cream she would serve when I visited her and Uncle Frankie with my parents. Her banana cake was the best! Funny, the things you remember.
