Not sure what to say?

I know this is late but she wrote a poem for my son who passed on the 3rd day after being born. I appreciated her giving the funeral in my childhood church, Bainbridge Baptist Church.

I received the news of Anne's passing. She and Buddy were good examples for me, and now that I am a minister's wife, I can be grateful for their lives. My days at MHBC were richer because of them. I came to know your family through Anne Robin and Bill.
May you be comforted by your memories and the prayers of others who loved Anne.

To All of Anne's Family --
I have just returned to town from a sabbatical and learned of Anne's death. She was a legend, and incredible support to many of us who have since followed her path. She was the lone voice of "Yes" when so many were telling us "No!" For that still small voice -- my life is richer.
Peace to you all,
The Rev. Kelly M. Sisson
Glade Church, Blacksburg, VA

Aubrey, Stephen, Philip, Jonathan -
We were sorry to hear of your mother's death. Your mother and father meant a lot to us as well as to Monument Heights Baptist Church. Our deepest sympathy. Sincerely, Emily and Lester Lenz

My sister is Emily Lenz and I came to know Buddy and Anne through her.
I am proud to have known Anne as one of the first women pastors. Both of them brought joy in their lives of service.

To the Plunkett & Rosser family,
I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person tonight to see you and express my condolences. I was very sorry to hear the news of Anne's death; she was an impressive woman and I feel fortunate to have known her and learned from her while she was at Monument Heights and afterwards. Please know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. With sympathy,
Janet Lenz

It was with great sadness that I learned of Rev. Anne Rosser's death. Our relationship began at the Hampton Baptist Church where she served as co-pastor with the Rev. Chester Brown. The Bowen family held her in such high regard that we invited her to preside over my brother Claude's wedding and the funerals of both of our parents, Doris and Rollin, Sr. May the thoughts and prayers of all those who loved Anne sustain the family at this difficult time.

Aubrey, Stephen, Philip, Jonathan, sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Pat and I were extremely fond of your Mom & Dad always, especially when we attended service at Bethel. Always, Joe Andrese
