To the Tolbert family - I am a former neighbor of Anne & James and of Shirley. I was married to Junior Vick about 20 years ago. I read in the paper about the passing of Anne and I am so very sorry. She was one of my most favorite people when I lived in Oneonta. I will never forget our trip to Branson, MO and the fun we had. She was a wonderful person and so good to me and so kind. All of you are in my prayers
