Not sure what to say?

I thank God for giving me the opportunity to know Anne. I will miss seeing her walk by my room and hearing her sweet voice telling me who she would be subbing for. She made me smile many times during my first year of teaching. This past October I remember I had to go to a meeting and Anne covered my position. I came back to the room to find her working very hard on paper mache pumpkins with my special needs students. I will never forget her. She has left an impression on my heart that no...

I've known Anne since I was a very little girl. She was my Mom's best pal, and one of my best friend's Mom. She is one of those rare, outside-the-immediate-family people who define you to the core. How do we say goodbye to one who was always, so clearly there? Her words (and of course that outrageous laugh) will always ring true for me. She was so important when I was going through my own cancer battle a few years ago, calling me every week to bolster my courage. How do you tell someone...

Anne definitely made work feel more like family. She was always interested in how you were doing and asking about your family. She would bake the most amazing desserts for us here at school for no reason other than it made her happy. I loved listening to her laugh and just seeing her here. She will truly be missed.

It would be impossible for anyone who met Anne not to love her. She was a truly amazing woman. I have never met a more kind and selfless woman. A simple hug or smile was enough to transform a bad day. She was in inspiration to both the young and old alike, and her courage was incredible. I only hope that someday I can be half the woman she was. My family and I send our condolences. Anne will not be forgotten.

Anne was truly the most amazing woman and the greatest role model for all women. Her strength and determination has been an inspiration to so many, and she will be greatly missed in the halls of Cuyler school. I was always moved by her love for children and her unbelievable ability to know all of their names! She was genuinely interested in people - when she asked how you were doing, she REALLY wanted to know. I can remember seeing the pain in her face when she learned of someone losing...

I remember meeting Anne quite a while ago at her friend Audrey's home. Being a newcomer and nervous, I was immediately drawn to Anne and her warm smile and friendliness. We visited for a long time and at the time I remember thinking that she was so very special. Because of her friendship, we all have become better people. She is one of God's true angels on earth...and now in Heaven with Paul. God bless her family and ALL of her many hundreds of friends. She was my Christian role model...
