Not sure what to say?

I too was a student of Mrs. Uyehara who was extremely fond of her kind, humorous, and mother-like personality. I recall a memory of one of Mrs. Uyehara's pet peeves - crumpling up a piece of paper! That was a big no-no! She taught us to fold the piece of paper and place it in the wastebasket. To this very day, I STILL fold my papers and place them in the wastebasket and it always reminds me of Mrs. Uyehara. My dearest condolences to the family, she was one of a kind!

ANNE WAS THE BEST "ACROSS THE HALL" ROOMMATE ONE COULD ASK FOR WHEN WE BOTH TAUGHT IN THE OLD FIELD SCHOOL BUILDING AT SHADLE. SHE WAS FUN, FUNNY, KIND, IRREVERENT, AND LOVING. I WILL MISS HER FOREVER.

I so miss you, my friend

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Anne was a born leader and used her intellect to help others as well as to live life to it’s fullest. She was a fighter and wasn’t afraid to tackle challenges. My deepest sympathy to the family during this difficult time.

She was a one in a million woman and I will miss her presence here on this earth very very much. I loved all the clever/funny/thoughtful emails she sent. I am so sorry for your loss Bob. I can honestly say I know what it is like to lose a life partner. Call or email me anytime: (509)998-1910, [email protected]
