Not sure what to say?

I just found out. Months late condolences. Every year I come to Okoboji to run spotlight for the Marilyn Maye Concerts. Always look forward to at least a brief talk with Anne. She was strong and smart and quick, and our conversations were always wide-ranging, fun and spirited.
Last saw her at a swank fundraiser for one of MM's shows. Illness had softened her a bit, but she was still Anne. And with all those interesting powerful people buzzing about, she sat and talked to ME, little old...

Laurie and Sheri...I’m so sorry to hear of Anne’s death. I saw many changes in the years of projects with her and it was always interesting and fun. My heartfelt condolences to you.

Laurie, I just heard of Mama Weave's passing. So very sad. She was a generous, funny, loving and caring person. The world will shine less brightly without her in it. I am so very sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I met your family in the fall of 1965, I lived in your home and took care of the kids while attending school at CE school of commerce in Omaha. I remember all you kids. Over the years I did keep in touch with your mom. She was a great lady and remarkable person. Saw in Des Moines Register where Anne Weaver had died and I could only think that she was somebody I had known. Sorry to see where both of your brothers are gone as well as your dad. Loved her picture in the obit. So sorry to hear...

Wendy,so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I know she was a force of nature for sure. God Bless you and your family.

We will miss Anne at the many events she attended and supported. Our deepest sympathy to the Weaver family at this sad time.

I am so saddened to hear of Anne's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Anne thru my Mother. Both Anne and I had season tickets to the Omaha Lancers games when they played at AK SAR BEN. I always made a point to stop by to say "Hello" and chat with her between periods. She was a lovely, funny and gracious person. My thoughts are with the entire Weaver family. RIP

Anne was a person I admired. She was a gracious, strong and independent woman who possessed a beautiful smile and a charming personality.

Very sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Weaver family at this time.
