Not sure what to say?

My sympathy to Neill and family. Annette was in some of my classes at Lakemont Elementary. I remember her as one of the nicest and kindest of all the students. (and brightest).

My condolences to Annette's family and friends. I will always treasure the days shared in education with Annette and Sally.

We didn´t know Annette personally but know her sweet sister Sally, husband John and their family who have been neighbors and friends. Praying for your whole family during this hard time. God bless!

Anne was one of my favorite teachers at WPHS. She was kind and cared so much. She is the reason I caught onto my least favorite subject. I am so sorry for this loss. What a dear soul.

Neill and family, Annette was a dear friend throughout elementary into high school. I am so sad to learn of her passing. Whether in school or Girl Scouts, I always treasured my friendship with Annette. May the Lord give you and your family strength in the days ahead.

My sincere condolences on Mrs. O'Brien's passing. I am a 1973 WPHS graduate. While I never had a class with Mrs. O'Brien, she was the sponsor of our championship Brain Bowl team, of which I was captain in 1972-73. She was a caring and involved sponsor, taking us to competitions in Orlando, Cocoa, Jacksonville, and even in Madison, FL in the panhandle. I fondly remember practicing at her home on occasion as well as all the time spent after school. A 1973 picture of her with the team from a TV...

Annette touched so many people over her lifetime, including those in her class at WPHS. I know we all remember her as always positive, upbeat and smiling. She certainly was that way at our 50th reunion and I cherish my visit with her then. She was a remarkable, lovely lady.

She was my favorite teacher in my senior year at WPHS, 71-72. Thank you for a great school experience and you are always one of my first thoughts when I think of high school. Peace be with you and I saw see you again when we stand before our Lord.

Neill, I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss of Annette. We were sixth graders when we met on the Safety Patrol trip to Washington D.C. She and I bonded perhaps at first because we were the tallest girls but I always wished she was in my school. We met again over the years and at FSU and then of course we saw each other at First Church. It makes me smile to think of her as she always was smiling. Much love and blessings to you and the wonderful family you raised together.
