Rev Annette, was a very sweet and loving lady , she was always trying to help me when I was going through, especially when she worked down at the VEC , every time I would see her, she always made me feel welcome and offered whatever assistance she had available to me.. I truly loved that lady, she was my best buddy, May you rest and rejoice in heavenly bliss, hold a seat for me sweetness.. Gone but never forgotten.. Again, Rest In Peace Rev. Roach ..Smile

My heart goes out to the Roache family in your time of sorrow! Annette was a kind soul with a beautiful voice and smile! God bless you all during these trying times! Trust in the Lord and he’ll see you through!

My condolences are extended to the family. She was a sweet young lady. She has served numerous times at our church OBBC in Dinwiddie as Praise and Worship leader. She will be missed. May God continue bless her family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Ms. Roache may be gone from our sight but never from our heart. As a worker at Petersburg DSS I met with Ms. Roache and our friendship was immediate. From the moment I met her to the present and now the past; through I never will forget her; a regret that still pains my heart. Remember death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. She always called me Ms. Seay and I always called her Ms. Roache.

I never thought I would have to say Goodbye to you Annette!! It just never registered and I still can't wrap my brain around the fact that you're no longer here. However, that's in the flesh only. I will never forget your welcoming smile and your amazing sense of humor. I know Goodbyes are not forever...and it's definitely not the end!
