I am deeply saddened ro hear of Anette's passing. I worked with her for many years and always knew her to be so kind and compassionate with her patients as well as her friends and colleagues. She was especially kind and helpful to a new young nurse as I was. She sp8ke with pride of her two children My deepest sympathies to Anette's entire family.

I worked with Annette for all of her years at Mount Auburn. She was such a kind and compassionate person and always had a twinkle in her eye. Truly a lovely woman and I am glad for the time we shared together.

Annette, who will always be, "Mrs. Spann" and then "Nettie" to me, was quick witted. She would look for a little playful something to bring up and then would playfully remind you of it again later - yes with a sparkle in her eye! She was such a great friend (and tennis partner/challenger) to my mom, Joanie. I loved watching them just be together at ease and in support of whatever life was throwing at them as they raised us kids. I will miss you, Nettie! Thank you for being so genuine,...
