Not sure what to say?

I’ve lived around the corner from Mrs. Allred for some time now and it was a delight to see her whenever I walked in the community. She always had a warm smile and pleasant conversation to share. Even into her very senior years she was cheerful, vibrant, and full of life. Her presence in our community will be missed.

I grew up in Lipscomb also and remember well Mrs. Allred and the Cloth Barn. She was such a dear, sweet lady and my mom did lots of business with her. My mom thought so much of "Annie Ree"... that's what mom always called her. I'm sure she will be missed greatly. My condolences to the family. My maiden name is Kendrick also.

Growing up in Lipscomb, Allred's was always the place I wanted to go everyday. I walked there and back just to see & talk with Annie Ree, Demma, Virginia, and others. Annie Ree was always so sweet to me. Fond memories. Rest easy my friend.

We didn't get to see Aunt Annie Ree often since we live on Saipan. The times we were able to visit her were always special. She was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. She was a Godly example to me and I'm sure to many others.

A dove sitting on an egg in hanging basket. Annie Ree was a dove!

She was the greatest aunt one could ask for. I have many great memories.

I wonder how many know, when I was 16, she took me bottle hunting and we played 9 holes of real golf. Neither of us were golfers. She had never played. It was a hoot. Good times. I could go on and on.

She will be very much missed by many. Now I am so glad I was able to talk to her on her last birthday.
